How do you clean the S.Q.R.U.B. Speculum Cleaner™?

The S.Q.R.U.B. was thoughtfully designed. It has a unique self-cleaning feature which enhances its utility. You simply remove the middle brush from the cartridge and use it to clean the other components. You can assemble a S.Q.R.U.B. in less than 15 seconds. The entire procedure takes very little time. I can buy a lot of cotton swabs for $30, is it worth it?

This is for you to decide, but consider the following:

• The S.Q.R.U.B. is a safe, quick, reliable method of cleaning specula.
• The S.Q.R.U.B. lasts a lifetime with proper maintenance. It is a cost effective method.

What size speculum does it clean?

The S.Q.R.U.B. cleans all speculum between 3mm to 9mm.

What type of solution should it be filled with?

You cannot chemically destroy a S.Q.R.U.B., so you can use any disinfectant. Nolvason™, Roccal-D™, and Disintegrator™ work great, but if you prefer something else, use it!

What happens when the brushes wear out?

The brushes we specify for the S.Q.R.U.B. are Tynex™ bristles from DuPont with a stainless steel brush wire. They last a very long time. When the brushes do finally wear out, replacements are available.
